This four-lane freeway, approx. 23 Km long, has built in the harsh mountainous region of Alborz Mountains in Tehran east, between the end of Babaei Highway and the west of Bumehen, at a cost of about 1,800 billion Rials.

This project is one of the most successful freeway projects in the country due to the quality increase in traffic and the significant reduction in travel time and traffic transfer, as well as the revenue from toll collection.

This Consulting Engineers has been honored to receive the title of top consultant at the 18th National Conference of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Iran Branch in February 2015 for conducting studies and supervising this project.
