Line 1: East-West Route: This line starts at the beginning of Shohada Boulevard (from Lahijan Boulevard to Langroud-Rudsar Road). It passes through Shahrdari Square and Hafez Abad (Peyman) boulevards and terminates at the final station located at the beginning of Fouman Boulevard.

Along the route, this line crosses the Zarjoob and Goharrud rivers. The total length is approximately 12.3 Km and includes 13 stations. Line 1 is entirely underground.

Line 2: North-Southeast Route: The initial station is located in northern Rasht, near the city’s airport. Line 2 extends from the airport to Shahrdari Square, passing through Shahid Ansari Boulevard and Saadi Street. In the second section, it covers the distance between Shahrdari and Gil Squares via Imam Khomeini Boulevard.

This line is approximately 10.3 Km long with 11 stations included. Line 2 is an underground route, with the urban railway depot situated at the end of the line.
