The railway line from Mianeh to Ardabil spans 175 Km and is being constructed to connect Ardabil Province to the national railway network, extending further towards Parsabad and the Republic of Azerbaijan. The route begins at the Mianeh station and gradually traverses the mountainous terrain of the Moorlands, running parallel to the Qezel Ozen River. It then follows the Ardabil–Mehmandoost road before reaching Ardabil Station at the 175-Km mark.
