This line starts from Elahiyeh and ends in Abuzar Town. Line 3 passes through the following locations: Imamieh, Imam Ali Square, Janbaz Boulevard, Ferdowsi Square, Shohada Square, Shohada Crossroads, Mokhaberat Alley, Beit al-Moqadas Square, Basij Square, Terminal, Seyidi, and Al-Mahdi.

Based on the studies and design of the second phase of the substructure (including geometric plan and profile), the route of Line 3 of Mashhad Urban Railway is 29 Km long with 24 stations included.

The studies of this line, as well as the depot, the initial parking lot, and the underground parking lot at the end of the route, are the responsibility of Iran Oston Consulting Engineers.
