This bridge is one of the top engineering masterpieces of Iran, located along the Mianeh-Ardabil railway alignment. It is situated between two tunnels in a mountainous valley near the Qezel Ozen River, overlooking the Shahryar Dam Lake.

The Saray Bridge has 10 spans with varying lengths ranging from 34 meters to 95 meters, supported by 9 piers, with the tallest pier reaching a height of 53 meters. During construction, approximately 290,000 m³ of earthworks and 3,800 meters of pile excavation were carried out. The project also involved the use of more than 3,500 tons of rebar and over 15,000 m³ of concrete.
